Car Share Scheme Terms and Conditions
We hope that this scheme will give Middlesex members the opportunity to meet other members and share some travel costs. However as initially, you may meet people you do not know, you need to take some care about your personal safety and matters such as insurance. Before you can use the service you must also agree to the terms and conditions. Please read these and be sure that you are willing to agree to them before returning to the car share form.
- The scheme is only available to full members of Middlesex County Cricket Club;
- The Seaxe Club will verify membership with Middlesex County Cricket Club and you must supply your Middlesex membership number on the form;
- The scheme is only available through this site and members must have a valid email address;
- The Seaxe Club offers to put members in touch who appear to be travelling to the same match;
- You must fill out a separate form for each match that you are travelling to;
- This contact will be by forwarding email addresses ONLY to potential matches;
- This is the ONLY responsibility of the Seaxe Club;
- Once emails have been forwarded it is up to members to make any further contact and to agree the arrangements for the car share;
- Members need to agree with each other such things as pick up times, arrangements for sharing costs and any other issues during the journey;
- Drivers are responsible for ensuring that their insurance requirements are adequate;
- The Seaxe Club are not responsible if any matches do not lead to any arrangements for car sharing, or for any issues that arise during journeys;
- The Seaxe Club is not obliged to put any members in contact with each other;
- The Seaxe Club reserves the right to refuse to accept any registration for this service and is not obliged to give a reason for this.
