The Seaxe Club Car sharing scheme
We hope this scheme will be helpful to Middlesex members, but please
read this general information and make sure you have read and accept the
terms and conditions before seeking a travelling companion through this
service
- The purpose of the scheme is to allow Middlesex members
to contact other members to make travel arrangements to Middlesex
matches.
- It is intended
that those members who have space in their car can offer seat(s) to
those who are unable / don’t wish to travel independently.
- The scheme is only available to full (i.e. over 18 years of age)
Middlesex members subject to acceptance of the terms and conditions
and is free to users.
- The only way to take part is by completing the form on
the Seaxe website. This will be required each time you wish to
travel or are able to offer a lift to someone.
- Your details will be passed to The Seaxe Club who will
verify your membership with Middlesex County Cricket Club and then
attempt to identify any suitable match(es).
- Only the person(s)email addresses will be provided.
- You must send your information at least two days in
advance of travel. Information submitted any later will not be
acted on
- You should then make contact to agree a time and place
to meet.
- It is your responsibility to agree any payment for the
lift.
- Please note the car-sharing shouldn’t affect your insurance as long as a profit is
not being made.
- However, you should contact your insurance company in this regard.
